Switch near passenger seat?

New member here, just purchased a 99' tradewinds and love it so far. Still figuring out all the buttons and switches out on the rig and I found a switch near the passenger seat located on the wood panel on the right wall near the seat. Not sure what it does. It is a toggle switch that says on and off and nothing else. I am also trying to figure out what the Aux switch located on the panel next to the drivers panel does, it's wired up, but not sure what it powers up?. Any ideas?
New owner looking to have fun.

AUX is one of two things.. IF it is a toggle (on/off) then it is the house battery disconnect.. If it is a Momentary {(on)/off} where you press and hold it in the ON position it is your built in jump starter (Boost, Emergency start) and when held connects house and chassis batteries together to provide a "Jump Start" without having to step outside..Works great by the way.

As for the switch by the passenger seat.. Guessing it's a light switch. But that is 100% guess. If the switch says WINEGARD on it it is the antenna booster but I'm guessing a map/reading light that may be burned out or turned off elsewhere.

There should be a light straight overhead of the passenger seat controlled by the on/off switch.

On my coach, the AUX switch provides power to the Radio and CD changer. Rook

I do have a couple of fans mounted over head, perhaps it controls the passenger one since the drivers fan only turns on with the fan switch on the drivers console. As for the Aux switch on the drivers console, not sure about the house battery disconnect? isnt that located near the side door? and as for the radio and cd changer, there is a switch for that on the dash already. I do not have a step cover, assuming you are talking about a cover for the pit when the door is closed.

On my 1999 Tradewinds the AUX Switch wasn't controlling anything so I hooked it up to the backup sensors I added so I could turn them on without being in reverse.

See if your cabinets have rope lights above the doors. Mine came with them and a switch by the copilots seat turns them on. They may have been unplugged by the PO. I found the transformer inside a cabinet on the passengers side.
Here is a link to all the documentation that came with my 99 plus some others I've picked up over the years.

on my 2001 Tradewinds the switch by the passengers seat turns on the overhead fan on that side... the switch by the drivers seat can turn on just the drivers fan or both, depending on which way you rock the switch.
