Tile Question

As you can see on my sig. I have a Tradewinds 7390 and want to know if the tile in the kitchen, hall and bathroom is sitting under the wall. Thinking of replacing all the tile but worried it is under the wall. Anyone replaced the tile???

I would imagine that it 'cuz all the tts I've had were made that way. They put the flooring down and then put the cabinets down on top of it.We're thinking of putting a darker of a.berber carpet down if we can find the right shade and an inexpensive installer.Thought about wood, but liked the soft surface on ur old tired feet..

Joe

The wood floor in my kitchen was just up to the wall and not under it. It didn't go all the way to the edge under the slide either.

Dog, I took out the old carpet and replaced with carpet tiles. Easier to work with then regular carpet. BTW, when Lowes had their 99 dollar special on for carpet labor for the whole house I tried to get them to do the MH. They just laughed and said good luck on getting that done cheap. That's why I went with the carpet tiles. Real easy to cut and fit. I used Miliken since they have a sticky back that will hold them in place, but are easy to remove. I found a great deal on clearance tiles, oddly enough the patteren is called Tradewinds. The shipping on the clearance is FREE and the prices are cheap. The hardest part of the job was removing the staples fron the factory installation. On mine National had two guys doing the carpet, one with a big stapler and one with a small stapler. I'm sure they weren't paid by the hour, from the amount of staples it had to be piece work. On the bedroom I decided to lay over the existing carpet just to keep the tootsies warm. Really like the soft feel getting out of bed. Check these guys out.
