I have a 2004 Dolphin, I think the toilet is leaking under the mounting deck. Has anyone removed the toilet and is it a major undertaking? I would like to take it up and go ahead and replace any seals, re-install it and tighten it all back down. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Gayle

Pretty simple and the seals depend on the manufacturer and model (Thetford Aquamagic, Sea Land etc.)
Camping World or your local RV place should carry (or can get) most parts.
It is sim. to a residential toilet. You want to do the following.
1. Turn off your water pump.
2. Disconnect the water line to the toilet (carefully so you don't break the plastic connections. Sometimes you have to carefully slice the plastic water line with a razor and then replace it with a new piece depending on how hard it is to remove.
3. There should be two bolts that come up through the toilet flange (mounting plate) from the "closet flange" (mounting plate that bolts/screws to your floor). You need to remove the nuts and washers from these two and the toilet will pull up off of the bolts.
3. Now is a good time to inspect ALL the seals and hoses since all parts are available to rebuild the slide valve, anti-siphon valve and other sealing areas. The toilet seal that goes between the toilet flange and the closet flange will need to be replaced, as well as one if you have a toilet riser.
Let us know how it goes.

If you have the Sealand toilet you may just have to tighten the stainless band around toilet mid-point on toilet bowl, it will close seal between floor flange mount and porcelain bowl.

Before you take apart the toilet you might want to check the black plastic connection at the black water holding tank. I had an odor and also thought it might be the toilet. In the cargo area below the bathroom I removed the plastic shroud hiding the black holding tank and found that the joint where the black plastic pipe from the toilet connects to the holding tank was leaking. The was a small molded low spot in the tank at the union so it was holding "stuff" from the toilet. The joint had a sealant on it but it was leaking through. I used ProFlex to cure the problem. I couldn't get a caulking gun back to the joint so I use the clear quart can of it. I put on a protective plastic glove and dipped my finger into the ProFlex. With time and patience I was able to get a good coat of sealant around the joint and have no more leaks. It took several applications as your have to wait several hours between coats. Every now and then I remove the plastic shroud and inspect the area for leaks. I don't know where the shroud on you coach is but you might want to locate and remove it.
