I thought I would share this since I saw it first hand. We broke one of our rear closet mirror doors and needed a replacement for our Tradewinds so I called The Gambler in Quartzsite. He didn't have one there but said he might have the one I need at their home by Victorville, CA. and gave me a number to call. Luckily I was 47 miles from there. I talked to a nice young lady who said they have lots of the type of door I need but it was too cold out for her to take the baby out to look for my size, so I told her I would come look for it myself. I was quoted a price of 30.00 for the mirror door if they had it. I went through 7 pallets of mirrored doors but was unable to find the size I needed.

They have tons of parts there, bay doors, front doors, windows, wiring harnesses, even a trailer full of Decals, showers, corian counter tops, sinks and there are two freightliner chassis with a CAT in one and a Cummins in the other. They even have the thinlites.
If you need any National parts give Russell, the owner, a call in Quartzsite 928 927-5966, if he doesn't have what you need in Quartzsite I'm sure it will be at their Ca. location.

No Dick, they didn't have a rear cap, I asked.

Oh, you know the mirror trim National used around the kitchen counter, well it was there too.

Joe, what kind of decals did you see in the trailers? where they the logos or large graphics or both? I called them but the guy said they did not have. Not sure if he was right person to talk with.

They have the decals in California, but they are marked by part number. If you call The Gambler talk to Russell, he's the owner. The guy that showed me around in CA was a gentleman named Max, who worked for Russell's dad. He is now retired and living on their property. He knows where everything is.

Dick, chances are he has your rear bay door if they can't find it.

Breaking a bedroom mirrored closet door sounds suspicious.
Joe, Lynda and I are finally over the galloping crud, so, we are going to Vegas on the 28th for a few days and then we are talking about heading down the west side of AZ to Yuma. Let me know where you guys are and I'll check out a reservation.

Sounds as if this guy should set up a website,or whatever. I had to pay the place in the midwest $25 for the step shock cover and it really wasn't much better than the one I've got.

We're planning on San Diego in the last of August for a big B'day bash,SILs mother will be 70,and will probably head back up #395 in September, soooo we'll see about mebbee a little get together depending on where people are..
