I checked the voltage for the "Low Voltage" light on the Levelers. I have 13.6 volts at the batteries and 13.4 at the solenoid on the jack motor. And I did try the other outlet in the cabinet and it worked.

I have a similar problem on a Dolphin 6355. I need to access the 150amp breaker. Do you have to take the Printed Ciruit Board off first. I am having trouble finding the reset lever. My leveling jacks do not activate and I have other DC power losses.
Thanks

I didn't have to take the board off but I did have to use a retractable mirror to see the breaker. It's in a real tough spot to get to. The designers must have never had to work on one of these things.

Kerry, can you describe where the reset is? Looking aft at the board, is it to the right or below? Which was does the reset lever move?

Thanks Rook. I was not sure what I was feeling there so I ended up taking the board off the side wall. [I have a lot of technical maintenance background so I felt comfortable with this task].

The breaker was not tripped, but know I know how that board was built and a quick ohm check on JP3 to the wire lug below is the easiest way to check the breaker.

In the end, the jack controller needed to be rebooted. The Kwikee tip sheet says to unplug the connector from the controller, reconnect and this will reboot the unit restoring function to the drivers control pad.

Thanks for your help. Though I spent a lot of time chasing the problem, I learned alot about the electrical system of the RV so not all was lost.
