Tradewinds won't start

2000 Tradewinds

Has been sitting for about 3 weeks. I went out to start it and got lights, etc but would not turn over. I hit the start boost and still got nothing. Tried to crank generator and nothing.. Turned the key off and the dash indicator lights were flashing in series even with the key off.

My new house batts were down to about 3v each. Crank batts were reading about 8v

Went and got a jump box and hooked it up. Got about 12.6 out of it and the motor turns over but does not start. I don't believe I heard the click from the fuel pump after turning the key on. Could not get the gen to start either.

IS there some sort of fuel interlock after dead batts somewhere?? I don't have an ODB reader to stick on there.

If you batteries are down to 8 and 3 volts, they are dead. 11 Volts is way low and 8 is real dead. Try getting new batteries and see what that does. You might be due for a new converter/Charger. When I re read you symptoms, It sounds like you might have a grounded wire somewhere. Try a Hot skin test just for fun. Set up a good earth Ground somewhere other than your coach. Then take a multimeter and test the steps and the skin and any place that is metal. If you get a reading, you have a wire that has chaffed thru and is making contact with the frame or skin and could be draining your battery.
