I had a problem with one of my valve stems and I took it to a local tire store
to get repaired. I ask the guy to install extenders on the inside Duals so I
could access them from the outside of the coach and they did. On the drivers
side the guy didn't install the clamp on the wheel properly and on the way home
it came off. The TST sensor ended up between the wheels and took a real beating,
now it's intermittent at best. I got online and left a message at TST's web site
asking if I could just buy one sensor, they sell them in pairs. Well this
morning I received a call from TST, that's right THEY CALLED ME!. TST is going
to replace the damaged sensor under warrantee.
Now that's what I call customer service. This is in no way a factory defect and I
would have considered myself lucky if they would have bent the policy and sold
me just one.

Thanks again TST. I haven't been this pleasantly surprised by a vendor in a long
while. What would Camping World have done in a similar situation with any thing
they sell.
Dick

Dick, what is TST? I'll be putting some sensors on my coach and would like to check them out.

THE tire monitoring system of choice. You may also want to think about "Dually Vave stems".. Check out their ad in the back of the FMCA rag or google it. Completely eleminates the need for extensions. (I have both)
