Bought my RV with a bad blower motor on the furnace. I replaced it today and noticed that the flow is not the same on all of the registers. Anyone else have this issue?

Tim, this is a common problem, our bedroom is the worst, however it is the furthest from the furnace. The flexible tubing is the place to start, usually too long and too many kinks. Accessing the tubing will be the hardest item. The tubing can be cut to shorten and straighten out the runs.

It's just the way it is. The further away from the blower you get the less pressure. In fact every vent will drop the pressure to the next vent in line. If the vents were smaller than it would be less noticeable, try closing off the vents closer to the blower and see if the air flow doesn't increase down the line. Of course if you close them off just right then they will whistle. The vents are just too close to the same size as the hose.

It’s just the physics of air pressure.

You can make restrictions which are sized to accomplish your objective. Start with the register with longest run of tubing and leave that wide open. Then fabricate restrictions for each of the other vents. Start with the closest one and cover it up 50% by cutting the appropriate size hole in that restriction, then go to the next and cove it up 40%. Of course the exact number and details of all of the restrictions will depend upon your specific coach. It will require some planning to start. Proceed until you are tired or satisfied with the results.

Or buy adjustable vents and adjust them accordingly.

You can get adjustable heater vent grills that will allow you to adjust the flow. link below

Just don't restrict too much. The furnace will overheat and shut down.
