Mr. Moderator,
I hope this is an appropriate place for this listing. If not please suggest the correct forum.
Looking for at least a 98' or later Dolphin to lease with a purchase option w/one or more slides, dual a/c, washer/dryer(if possible), levelers ,etc. for a 3 year project in the Macon ,Ga. area. I and my wife are non smokers or drinkers, business professionals with no pets or children semi retired, on our last project before full retirement. MH will not move during this term except for mobilization to Macon,Ga. and set up.
If there is anyone interested in this type of an arrangement please contact me for references and complete information at 404-259-7124.
Thank You

You might want to try this site Crankyape.com Bank repo rvs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, atvs, boats, trucks, trailers, go karts, jet skis, sleds, fourwheelers, trailers, motorhomes, rvs. as they do have some pretty good repo buys. Don't know where you are located, but they have facilities all around the Country.

I have never seen or heard of anyone doing this arrangement on a used motorhome.

Well TxIceman,
I guess I am the only odd duck in the pond for asking but that's what the meaning of 'creative out of the box thinking' is.
Time and circumstance changes for everybody at sometime, it certainly has numerous time in my 63 years.
You never know til you ask.

Have you thought about placing an ad in "wanted" in our classified section? I'm also very curious that you need a 98 or later Dolphin? What is so important about a specific mh for your purpose? Sorry, it just seems odd to me. If its only going to be driven to Macon and left for three years wouldn't some other housing be better. A motorhome that is "set up" for three years without moving may not move after three years.

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't see the 'Wanted' section you refer to initially when I posted the ad. I am familiar with Nationals in general and had just looked at a Dolphin and like the layout. Insofar as the time frame is concerned it was informational only in that it gave some idea as to how it would be used. Yes there may be other options for sure but this is my last project and I would rather put the money into something I would be able to use later rather than into thin air.
Thanks for your thoughts

Again...you do not want a motorhome to sit for three years.
