You can get in touch with any Corian fabricator and they can make them up for you.

Made my sink covers using board, cut to fit, 2 sections, and covered with glass tile (3/16's, lite), liquid nails and epoxy grout. Looks great and matches my back splash.

Congratulations on your new rig.
As someone already pointed out, you may be better off getting a local Corian dealer to measure and cut the covers for you. Then you don't have the worries of shipping somewhat heavy, breakable covers that may or maynot match your interior.
Another way is to go purchase a couple of large cutting boards and have them cut to fit. Then you have a couple of cutting board surfaces as well as the covers.
Hope you enjoy many miles of smiles in the future.

Just a note, there is a difference between a Corian dealer and a fabricator. Dealers buy from fabricators (yes, fabricators can be dealers as well). A fabricator will have the colors on hand and even will have some inventory of discontinued colors. I used to be a "dealer" for Corian.

My motorhome came with a wood cutting board fitted to cover one side. Dual purpose is good .Corion is pretty but I would not want to use it as a cutting board.

Corian will dull a knife very quick and you'll end up with scratches in the Corian so it's not a good cutting board. However, if you are just wanting to add more counter space it's the best looking solution.
