What is this ?

My guess is a carbonmonoxide sensor. It's in the back by the bedroom.

It's the temperature sensor for the rear furnace.

ya, its the Dometic version of a remote temp sensor for the thermostat. We had them on our Keystone. You must have a couple of zones on your thermostat. Ours was for the ACs rather than furnace because we only had one furnace.

It's the Temp Sensor for the rear AC unit and Rear Furnace. It's wired to the rear AC Control board and the Temp data is sent via the Phone Cable to the Comfort Control Center in the hallway. Well really it is wired to the Rear AC unit then a separate Phone Cable is wired to the front AC Unit and then to the CCC. All the info is transmitted by the Data Communication link.
