The bedroom slide in our 2004 Dolphin 5355 is a rack & Pinion. I recently replaced a broken pin, but didn't have a size just found one that fit. Anyone know the size so I can stock up? Sounds like a chronic problem on the Dolphin. Thanks. Alleyman; 2004 Dolphin 5355, '99 Explorer Toad

Is your slide manufactured by RBW or Power Gear.
The coild or spiral pin is better than a standard roll pin.

Power Gear is 1/4 x 1 1/4

RBW 1/4 x 1 1/8 Link below

If you can't find the coiled ones then a little trick to make the rolled ones stronger is to find a smaller pin to insert in the center of the rolled pin.

NOTE: Some Power Gear slide systems use pins as described above, others use bolts (mine uses bolts) which by the way are described above.

I buy 'em by the dozen.

Only place I see Power gear using bolts is on the main slide room square drive shaft and the bolts and selfelocking nuts need to be torqued to spec.
