I have coachnet and had to use them a month or two after I got them, not a problem and the help was done quickly and well. Will keep them.

Seems Coach-Net always gets the most votes.

I've had Good Sam for the last 11 years and only used them twice.
Last time was in Nov. 2007 on the Mass. Turnpike with a blown serpentine belt. Good Sam kept me on hold for about 20 minutes while traffic wizzed by and then told me that they could not send service out to the Mass. Turnpike (or any other toll road).
Only silver lining is that I sent in my receipts and Good Sam paid the $500 tow bill.

I use Coach Net through FMCA, used them once and they could not have been better. They tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phome, then found two repair shops, gave me my choice then towed my Motor Home approx 25 miles. My problem started at 11:00 AM, I was back on the road by 5:30 which I thought was great.

Both Coach-Net and Good Sam offer three levels of service, depending on one's desires. They both seem to contract the same road-side wreckers in some areas. I'd avoid AAA for reasons previously assigned.

Really appreciate the replies. Last dumb question, since there's not a specific club, what are you National owners signing up for as a club? Family Motor? Other than them, it seems they're all RV make specific. Wondering why you have to join one to begin with...

You may want to call CoachNet, I dot't think you need to be a member of a club. I bet they will be happy to sign you up and accept cash check or credit card.

We've had Good Sam ERS for several years and they've always come through for us. The most outstanding time was 3 yrs ago when we were in Alaska headed for Eagle. We'd had problems with our fifth-wheel brakes but thought they were fixed - wrong! Our F250 Superduty was doing all the braking for both units and we overheated the tranny. Good Sam ERS sent a tow truck 125 miles one way to get us help. Needless to say we'll be loyal to Good Sam.
