Where are fuses on National 2000 sea breeze inverter

My inverter is not working right, when I am going down the road it will not charge batteries . I know going down the road this is done by the altenator. But I'm thinking it go's to the main panel first. The drawing I have shows three fuses , 30 20 15 amps. I can not find them. The coach batteries where put in backwards. + to - . So where are these fuses?

Are talking about the 30 amp breaker in the electric panel and the 15 and 20 amp
breakers located on the inverter/charger.
The inverter/charger is not in the charge circuit from the engine alt.
