windshield wiper replacements.

I have had a w/s wiper problem with them not clearing the middle of the w/s on the drivers side,so I swapped them around. The one from the left clears the right side just fine and the right one on the drivers side now doesn't.
Okay,go look at the work log and find that they were both replaced when I got the rig a couple of years,(3?),ago.ooppss. Anyway,I got up and scrubbed both sides of the w/s and tried them again.nope. Weird. So now,I went to Wal-mart and got two 26" Rainex wipers at $17@ and put them on and took a 90 mile r/t after Thanksgiving in the rain and neither one of them cleared the middle of the w/s. Went back to walmart and found they were for curved w/s and the centers wouldn't sit on the w/s..
I have gone to Costco and bought a pair of the Goodyear ones from there for $8 a piece and am waiting to put them on till I see what rhe correct ones are according to the opinion of this group. so help Pleaseeee !!!

Denso made all of NRVs wiper parts. Go here and grab the 2012 catalog.

I replace mine with Walmart wipers (not the refill blades) 22". On my 7390 (not LTC) I unscrew the old blades and put the new ones on. I use loktite on the little nuts. Have not had a problem in getting clear windshield.

Will try the NAPA ones. It seems that that the big Rainex are for curved w,/s. I'll also check at work as I noticed that the wipers on the bus I was driving has the exact same wiper arms as I do. The Denso 22" are $26 @..

It may also be that the spring tension on the wiper arm is getting weak after 11 years if they have never been replaced.

I run the Walmart cheapies and spend the savings on beer. Mine takes the 22". Tried blade refills but they didn't work. So I just buy the Walmart ANCO blade assy.

I'm going to see if I can con the mechanic at work out of a pair of new tensioning springs tomorrow. I've got the parts list and we'll see if they are the same numbers.. Don't think I could be that lucky tho.
Gotta be on a bus at O dark 6:00 am.
