Winterizing

I was reading about winterizing our 2006 national Dolphin 36.5 ft with a norcold fridge with ice maker. It says refer to norcold manual for special winterizing instructions so as not to damage ice maker. What needs done ???

On our 05 6355 Dolphin, I remove the icemaker filter located under the fridge in the furnace compartment, pump antifreeze till it comes out of the shutoff valve just before the filter, then unscrew the lines to the icemaker solenoid mounted on the back of the fridge. They will gravity drain but I give the a shot of air anyway. Take a sponge or towel and get the water still in the ice tray and you should be fine.
