It probably is located underneath the removable panel on the dash top, just forward of the instrument panel.

They have done everything in the past (never know if they will work or not).
Recently they stopped working at all. Then you pull over and restart the coach and they start working. Never can tell when they will turn off. I got rid of the connector that rain got in several years back.
I want to try replacing the control module, but not sure where it is located.

The next time that the wipers don't work, with the switch and ignition on, go out and tap the wiper motor with the handle of a screwdriver a few times. If the wipers start to work, the brushes or the bymetal breaker inside the motor are defective...need a new motor. If not, might be the wiper switch or the module. These motors will get damp and corrode on the inside, causing the formentioned problems.

Thanks Bill,
I go out yesterday afternoon and start up the wipers and they worked fine. I was hoping to check out your suggestion and also try putting a secondary ground on the wiper motor.
