Wire bundle indentitiy

I am in the process of replacing large front tv in my 2004 sea breeze motorhome. Last night, with the help of son-in-law and daughter I got the monstrosity out, and have access to the overhead area above dash. I the process of looking around in there and planning to re-rout and tie up some wires to neaten things up in there, i came across a loop of wires, wire tied in a loop of about 6-7 feet of wire, hanging loosely and has been banging against the plastic panel. There are 2 wires in the loop, white and blue, and not connected to anything. Clearly I will tie these so they do not hang down to the plastic panel and rattle, but I was wondering if anyone knows what they might be? Some option that I do not have apparently.
