Like the Lion I could use some courage-----
The only serious problem I have ever experienced in my Dolphin LX MH ownership is the fact that when I take it for service--I must take it back two or three times to get it done right or make some after repairs myself---few exceptions in nine years-multiple vendors--same coach, had it since new.

So after nine years my LR/DR slide out needs realignment---and I am frankly chicken to take it in---it is nerve racking---- but it should be done. Both slide outs have preformed flawlessly otherwise.

The top of the LR/DR slide now tips in and the mitered corners of the trim piece in the upper left are seperating. The floor inside is higher on the DR side by about and inch and a half.

I live in the Seattle area and journey to the Southwest (Tucson, So-cal in the winter). I think I prefer to have it done in Seattle/Northwest area so I can test it plenty before taking off.

03 DolphinLX 6355, the slide is electric motor driven.
Anyone had this done recently, successfully that can tell me where and by whom? Anyone done it yourself successfully, if so how; or where could I get instructions? Do you think I should even try a DIY.

I had my rig back to the National Factory in Perris, CA three or four times to have the LR slide adujusted. They never did get it right. Finally, after the warranty was no longer in effect, I gave up on National and looked at the manual that came with the rig. I followed the instructions and adjusted it myself. It has worked great ever since.

Rarely are we ever allowed to communicate with the guy who actually does the work. There is a filter between us and them who is called a service writer. The primary job requirement for a service writer is apparently a head of solid ivory.
