'05 Bus recessed light replacement?

I need advice in technique to replace the bulbs in the recessed lights in our '05 Bus.
The base is solid it seems. How do I remove the base and glass covering to expose the bulb for replacement?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry. These are the interior recessed lights used throughout the coach. The Devil is indeed in the details!

Some of these can be a pain to remove, I slip on some latex doctors gloves to give me more grip. These turn left to lucy and only turn about a eighth of a turn. Beware if removing above tile floors......I dropped one and broke the glass lens! I now throw a rug or blanket down as a safety. If these are the Halogen G4's, I replaced all 25 of ours with LED's off of Ebay for $45.00! Good luck and hope the glove idea helps.

They use a very large pair of Channel Lock pliers with a lot of tape on the jaws when you are at Red Bay, but we use this bottle opener. Evriholder EasiTwist Jar Opener,Assorted Colors: Amazon.com: Kitchen & Dining

Use the largest opening, put the smaller rubber lip up toward the ceiling, and push upward while squeezing the handle. DW found one of these in the local grocery store and it works like a charm. Unlike the Red Bay pliers, we've never cracked or chipped a lens. Oh yeah, you turn counter clockwise.
