Jumping in on this as I had the same problem - I was able to have the controller repaired at Radwell International but they couldn't repair or replace the touchpad (Lippert does say it is replaceable but it's a different part number so I'm not convinced). I replaced our system with a Bigfoot - it works great but it's expensive. Contact Quadra at: The Official Website for Bigfoot© Hydraulic Leveling Systems

Interesting. Ours keeps snapping a shear pin on the driver's front side and no one wants to mess with it any longer. We have sunk way too much money into it already and being as we are fulltime, we just deal with it. That's a ton of money for a bigfoot system! We level now with blocks under the tires and use scissor Jack's under the leveller to keep the coach stable. It's a real pain, but it's cheap!

You could try the drill bit replacement for the shear pin method seems like that is a permanent fix. If you ever get tired of using scissor jacks.

According to my repair shop, Tiffin recommended that we go to a company called HWH. I don't know the brand of the jacks (won't be here until next week) but they are hydraulic, not electric and are auto leveling. You can call Tiffin, or have your repair shop call HWH.

HWH hydraulic jacks are the industry standard. Tiffin uses HWH as most other manufacturers do. My old 1999 Winnebago had them, never had a problem.

HWH may be the most popular but they have their share of problems as well. Just do a search on here.

Any updates? We are looking to replace our crappy Atwood leveling system.

Smile atwood jack levelegs

unfortunately I have had the same similar problems wih the jack system not operating. finally had repair shop in punta gorda florida check systems and found that 1 jack had failed and replaced and system still not operating, replaced the controller and panel and now system operates, note have found do not use the auto mode, use the manual mode for setting jacks, system repairs were a lot cheaper than replacing whole system. Good luck
