120 Volt receptacles in left front slide not working

I own a 2018 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34 PA. Both of the receptacles in the left front slide are not working. The manual says that they are 'controlled' by the ground-fault-circuit-interrupt receptacles in the kitchen. However I cannot find this receptacle in the kitchen...
Does anyone know where I can find this receptacle? Or could it be there is another fix for the 2 120 Volt Receptacles in the slide?

MANUAL
GROUND-FAULT-CIRCUIT-INTERRUPT RECEPTACLES
In the kitchen and bath areas, there are 120 VAC GFCI receptacles (Figure 9-8) which provide great- er protection against inadvertent electrical shocks.
These specialized GFCI receptacles provide both overload and short-circuit protection for the user. The electrical receptacles located in the slide-out are wired through the kitchen GFCI. The exterior receptacles are wired through the bathroom GFCI. Consequently, if an appliance plugged into a slide- out or exterior receptacle is not working, check for a tripped GFCI in the kitchen or bathroom.

Have you found and tested all outlets in the kitchen and bath areas? Do you have a microwave? Does it work? Some outlets are on the underside of cabinets, are you sure you've found them all? Does your refrigerator work on 120v? Check in the outside refrigerator vent/hatch.

If all else fails, go to your dealer or local Tiffin dealer and ask for assistance.

We have a 2011 Bus and out Microwave recently stopped working.

I started at the breaker box in the closet and measured voltages at the breaker and the outlet. What I found was the Molex connector that connects the wire from the breaker to the slide had fatigued such that the plastic cover had failed, leaving the wires to the microwave outlet free to move around.

Start at the circuit breaker box and work forward to the slide. Check connection integrity. Tiffin does a good job of labeling wires, it helps in diagnosing problems.

You should have at least two master GFCI control outlets that have a "Test" and a "Reset" button. The Reset buttons have to be pushed in pretty firmly. These outlets control other outlets in the same circuit making them all GFCI outlets. Normally there is one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen/hall area. There will also be another in the basement which may or may not control the slide outlets. There is also the possibility that the wire to those outlets has become disconnected at one of the clear Molex connectors in the basement.

I have a 2016 34pa and I had the same problem. I presume you're talking about the two outlets on either corner of your couch on the DS wall. There is a plug in the basement directly underneath that slide and in my case directly behind the hydraulic unit that may have come loose in your coach. Check behind a covering on the upper side of the center section of your basement (in my case on the forward side of that basement wall) to see if you've got an electrical plug that's come loose. Those slides are made and then installed as a unit in your coach and the electrical connection is a plug in the basement. I had lots of input from responders when I posted the same issue that told me to look for that plug and I finally found it and fixed my problem.

Just to see if my problem was the same as you are having now, here is the link to the TiffinRVNetwork Forum where I got my help to locate the plug: A Part of the TiffinRVNetwork • Login. You will have to register for the forum, I think, but as a Tiffin Owner you should anyway if you haven't already. Good luck.
