2000 Allegro Bus 39 door leaks at bottom???

We just bought a 2000 Allegro Bus 39, with 45000 miles, and it seems that when it rains the door gets wet at the bottom. From what I can see it has been doing this for sometime. I have used silicone caulk in most of the obvious places and I have found a few more to seal later.
Any ideas???

We have a 1998 bus of the same length. I applied " Duck" weather stripping around the door frame that the door seal could shut against. It fixed our wind notice that we had while traveling. It can be found at WM, if you can stand entering the doors.

I wasn't exactly sure where to put the foam seals, so I put them where I thought they would do the most good. I re-caulked everything above the door and around the door, and now we shall see. I will let you know what happens after the next trip in the rain. Thanks for your suggestion!

As I was sealing more areas around the door and door frame I noticed the bottom of the door had two drain holes. So I go my drill and added two more at the ends...and guess what came out of the new holes I drilled....you guessed it...water. With this revelation I added five more 3/8 inch drain holes to the bottom of the door...figuring it can't hurt and might help. It just rained and so far all dry. I will need a "gully washer" to really test this out. I will keep all informed. So Tiffin owners might want to check the bottom of their entrance doors as the drain holes are close to the middle and should be at the ends...this is where I added my drain holes.
