I was turning into a fuel station, as my right front wheel went into a slight dip in the road and at the same time the left wheel went over a speed bump I heard a crack. I didn't appear to be any more violant than previous bumps. After stopping, I noticed a crack in the upper passenger side of the windshield and could see light through a gap where the windshield met the fiberglass cap. After further investigation outside, it looks as if the winshield has slid down and the rubber seal is pulled away. I've heard of windshields needing to be adjusted but have never had it happen to me. Has this happend to anyone? If so has anyone be able to get Tiffin to cover it as a defect?

Call write Bob Tiffin. Windshield did not crack. Sounds like the fiberglass pulled away. Don't know but a call to service would be best I think.

Kelvin I had basically the same thing happen, the windshield pull away from the cab. I would recommend checking your insurance coverage. My insurance covered mine. They let me pick the glass repair shop that I wanted. It took the shop about an hr. to move the windshield back in place. So far no reoccurrence.

Welcome to the forum Kevin. I know here in Florida your insurance's comprehensive would have to cover it. I really don't know how Tiffin would be responsible on a 12 year old coach. But then Bob's covered things on older coaches before. Check with your insurance first.

Thanks for the info guys, I've researched this on other threads and other sites, have found simular issues. Sounds like the best answer is, have it replaced and move on.

Thanks again.....Kevin
