i have a 2001 alegro bus and having headlight aiming problems.i purchased new headlights from tiffin and attempted to adjust them. i have them adjusted as far as i can and they cross each other in the center of the road. the problem is the position of the bulb in the headlight is on a angle and should be straight in the back of headlight. i contacted tiffin and they said they know of the problem and they move the hole assembly to get them to aim then send to body shop to fix the body.. has anyone found another assy that would fit in the body that the bulb would be straight in the back?

i see i am not the only one stumped!! lol i am thinking about useing projector headights made by anzo usa.. i talked to a guy that answered the phone he said the projector them selfs adjust not the whole assy and that they should adjust far enough. problem is they are special order on the internet site and no return. thats about a 250.00 leap of faith. i emailed anzo tech support and never heard back from them. has anyone dealt with them? part number 111183 anzo usa.

so i purchased 2 clear headlights on the internet, put them in the oven and removed the lense. i cut a hole right next to the orignal hole for the bulb. then i installed hid projectors from retrofit and reinstalled the lense. i now have headlights that go straight down the road. retrofit has a nice how to on there web site..

My headlights are full of water droplets. I did some research and it appears that the headlight assembly's are the same as used in the 1992-1996 Ford Bronco's so I bought custom headlights from amazon and plan to install them in place of the old headlights. I just need to work out a way to do that with such limited access to the rear of the headlights.

i got to mine by pulling the generator slide outward then u can access the whole assembly. remove the 2 screws from the top of the headlight bracket and the 2 from the bottom. once you remove them hold on to it and remove all the bulbs. i was able to get them out the head light openings in the front. does youre headlights aim striaght down the road? mine would not that is why i installed hid projeactors.

No my headlights are about useless the aim is way off. The only thing that saves me is turning on the fog lights. Guess I need to get someone with longer arms to help me get the screws out I just can't quite reach them even with the generator slid out. My MH is down south right now when i pick it up weekend after next will try again. Going down south for the Ring of Fire eclipse of the sun on the 20. I am anxious to see how the new head lights will work and look. How did you get at the aiming screws once the head lights are in place?
