2006 Allegro Fred

I am considering this coach. Any problems with the Fred?? How is the cockpit noise with the diesel in front??
If you bought one, do you regret your purcase?
The one I am considering has 4 slides and is approx 36 ft in length.
Thanks in advance for your input. I know there wasn't much demand for the Fred's by any manufacturer.
Have a great day!!!

Alex

I have done a search and found out about some brake issues and the fact the Fred's don't have an airbag suspension.

Alex,

Since you aren't getting too many responses on IRV2 about the Allegro Fred you might want to post your question on the Tiffin RV network.

TiffinRVNetwork

Good Luck,
Jon

Since you apparently are used to one of the best handleing chassis under your Alpine, I suggest you take a long test drive before switching to ANY chassis that has springs and hydralic brakes instead of air. Cab noise may become your least concern.

I've ruled the Fred out of my search. Thanks to all.

Yep you're right it has springs. I have a 2008 Fred and I love it. For an entry level coach it is a great. Of course I wish I had other options but for the price I paid I am very satisfied.
