2006 Tiffin Phaeton Duct/AC question

2006 Phaeton 40QDH and the supply ducts aren't pushing any air out. Only through the main roof vent. Nothing blocking ductwork but was wondering if we have the correct ceiling vent or if there is another one that pushes the air through the ducts. The air just comes straight down even if we close the side vents. I tried putting a pillow over the main ceiling vent (not the return side) and no air came through the ducts.

This just happen to friend with same type AC, no return ducts only supply. He had removed the return grill and metal plate inside unit to clean the foam filter.
Put it back together and supply cold air only coming out return grill. ran it like this for couple days. Then took it apart again and rotated/flipped(??) metal plate and air now coming out ducts. I didn't see the plate, only going by what he told me. Good luck

We taped the ceiling grill supply side off and the Air came through ALL duct vents. So this specific year/model they didn't switch to Return/Supply ducts. Both ducts are supply only. Now we need to get a ceiling kit that works for ducted systems that blocks the air off. Any suggestions? I see one from Dometic for $60 but not sure if it has to match up.

You might want to call Tiffin Service and see if anyone there remembers how the A/C was setup on 2006 coach. If you don't have supply and return ducts and supply ducts only, air return is going to be through the main unit. My class C is setup this way.
