I don't know the CCC, ( Cargo Carrying Capacitiy ) numbers for the unit you're looking at , but I suspect they will be low.
For a 38' coach you will need a CCC number of 2,500 lbs minimum. Or you will be in a constant battle to avoid being over the GVWR.
B-I-L had an 05, 35' Tiffin, on a W-22 chassis, with a CCC of 1,350 and had to chose between filling the gas tank and carrying water to flush the toilet to stay under weight. I looked at a similar unit 37' that the CCC was under 1,000lbs. and passed on that purchase.
CCC and tow weight rating , will be on the RV's weight sticker, that will be somewhere inside the coach; back of a closet ,or on the inside of a cupboard door. You will want a minimum tow weight rating of 5,000lbs. Or you will have trouble selecting a toad.
Weight sticker looks like the photo below.
