2007 Allegro Leveler Slippage

Hi folks,

I have a 2007 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40' recently purchased. I'm the third owner.

While I've used the levelers several times without issue, today I put them down on a paved and mostly level street and just before they were all the way down there was a big clunk and the RV jolted as if one of the levelers gave way.

Now the right front passenger side leveler on the control panel shows red as 'fully extended' even though the other three show blinking green. They do go up and down ok, but the front right shows RED when down on the control panel.

It's as if the leveler slipped a few teeth. Now what?

Any idea what brand of leveling system you have ?
Most are hydraulic so skipping a tooth or teeth isn't in the cards.
Have you looked under to check the mounting at the frame ?
Do all the lights go out indicating they are fully stored?

My HWH jacks on our Tiffin, when they go down, they are all red. When retracted, the control panel says "Travel Mode" (green).

I looked underneath and didn't see anything out of place in the housing or mounts to frame. The levelers appear to stow all the way up and all lights on the control panel turn green when up as they should. I'm not sure of the brand but am pretty sure they are factory 2007 Tiffin Allegro Bus installed.

They are Atwood Levelegs. I will have to check the manual as to the lights. Here's what it's showing.
