2010 Phaeton Powerglide Chassis Air problem

I have a 2010 Tiffin Phaeton with a Powerglide chassis. Has anyone else had a problem with the Air Ride height? I have had the right passenger side air valve replaced 5 times because of leaks. It works ok for a while but when you park for the night or a few days, and use the auto level (which automatically drains the air out), it takes about 10 minutes to get the air back up above 120 PSI. I can hear the air coming out of the right front valve and that side of the coach will not rise. Sometimes after I get the air up, I turn the engine off, wait a minute, restart, then it goes up. If I stop for for fuel and turn the engine off, the right front goes down! Funny part is, once i get it filled again, it will work properly for the rest of the time-- Until we park and use the levelers. Could this be caused by the leveling system?

What do you have for a leveling system? Valid Air?
Sounds like the problem may lie in a control board or dump valve for the auto level.

I have a 2010 Bus. Don't think Valid Air was available then. Do you have a Suspension UP - Down switch ?
To drop or raise air bags use the Suspension switch and not the HWH level control panel. Only use it when you want HWH jacks to deploy and level coach.
Its take about 5 mins at high idle (1k rpm) to inflate air bags to ride height when deflated. And may have to hit the suspension UP switch couple times. But once bags start to fill they are up in seconds. I think your causing a problem by using HWH panel to deflate suspension and not allowing jacks to level.

I don't have suspension control. When you hit auto level, it deflates the bags, then levels. THe problem is when I retract the landing gear. I think it''s a problem with the mother board for the HWH Jacks, not sending the signal to close the valve if you know what i mean.

Our Phaeton leveling was acting up a few times. First time it was a loose connector at the back of the control panel. Second time it was the control panel itself went bad. You might try disconnecting the plug at the back of the panel for a minute and see if it will reset.
