I can't comment on a 2011, but we bought our 2007 Zephyr a year ago with 18K on it and have been very happy. The first thing it needed was tires since they were originals. Then we took it to Spartan for an inspection, all wheel alignment, and front shocks. The auto level caused the windshield to break while in Fl., so I duct taped it, drove it home and then we went to Red Bay to have Tiffin replace it, and recalibrate auto level. Other than that, all is fine and you'll love your Zephyr.
