Looking at this rig from a private seller, 9,700 miles, had an MSRP of $275K for the sale year. What should I expect to get it for now?

PPL sold a 2011 40 foot Phaeton for $179,495 this past July if that is any help.

I see a 2012 40QBH in Florida listed for $189,500

What is PPL? and how do you know the sale price?

Thanks, I'm looking into the one in Florida that you are referring to. He sent me the MSRP and it was at $275,009 in 2012. If my math is right then he should have paid $192,500 for it. With 3 years of depreciation at 8% it should be valued at $150,000 and only $140,000 if you use a 10% depreciation.
That 2011 that sold on PPL in July for $179,495 got the end of the world for it then?

RVTrader shows five 2012 QBH listed, four with prices from $189,000 to $244,000 with an average of $208,000.

That $208,000 average is still a at least 30% to high. I have an offer from General RV in Orange Park FL for a "New" 2014 Phaeton 40 QTH MSRP of $304,125. for $219,995
