Hubcaps

Phoenix offers a behind the lug alternative, with their branding, as an inexpensive alternative - you have to remove every other lug to install. Considering this option. We will finish this post when done and include pictures.
Thank you so much for the info! Very informative, at least I won't be upset when I see mine fly off my new coach!

Tiffin should be double checking the hub cover they purchase will work. If Ford changed suppliers, they may have dropped the ball and not informed Tiffin - if Tiffin was as brand conscious as they claim, they would periodically check for possible issues.

I think the "success" has diluted their quality and is starting to burnish their brand.

Update on my 32SA :

I dug in to the front AC duct issue. The duct taped seam between the return air duct and ac plenum came lose and was hanging and blocking return air. Used some foil tape and fixed this issue once and for all. Phone camera came in handy to view inside duct space.

Adding a front camera for those close turns in tight spaces.
Adding 5 Star and Banks next week.
Received Phoenix behind the lug front hub covers. Installing next week.

I will post some photos next time.

Thank you in advance ALinMaine for adding our tune to your coach! You're going to love the changes it and the Banks makes on your coach.

Front hub caps left side gone on trip home during our return from Ft. Meyers FL to Stroudsburg Pa.
Called Tiffin they sent a pair overnight, great service. After inspecting the rim , there was grease on the mounting points and the caps fit loose. I expanded the hub cap mounting tabs for a tighter fit and 1100 miles later and they are intact.
Keeping Fingers Crossed..

Front camera is in mounted in top center of grill. 170 degree view is awesome for up close - used video in on radio. Banks intake went in without too much work. Dog house had 3 screws top and back. Found some extra screws behind passenger kick panel as well as brass AC pipe caps removed for install.... Trimming foam sealing air plenum to chassis necessary to remove - foaming again after test drive. Downloaded code for 5 star, awaiting program. Decided to install rear track bar before next adventure...

First trip since Banks, 5-star, and Blue OX track bar install - Intake sound on throttle is double or triple the standard Ford OEM - may try and modify to reduce noise by adding some deadening material to plenum and top inside of doghouse.Waiting for email reply from Banks. 5 - star tune is awesome; some tweaks maybe necessary; track bar the very best. The handling is like a new coach pre and post track bar.

5 star and/or banks have helped acceleration and power. Some small hills where downshifting took place, now just throttle over. Downshift points with 5-star are better and hold longer. I will ask 5-star for some tweaks, a few miles more before downshift. Throttle cancelling downhill a little sooner. Banks noise is an issue to be addressed. A little to NASCAR for me.
