2017 Bus Velvac Mirrors

I have a 2017 Tiffin Bus with the terrible Velvac mirrors and was wondering if the center section of the drivers mirror can be removed to bring it in closer to the drivers side as it sticks out way to far. Has anyone done this ?

Not sure of your model, but on ours, the mirror arm can be loosened and moved forward a bit. The bolt to loosen the arm is located under the bottom cap.
The head itself can be moved by removing the two small caps on the head and loosening the Allen head bolts.
