2018 40 AP Advanced Monitor System

I am doing a PDI on a new 40 AP that has the advanced monitor system with a remote co-pilot screen. The main screen seems to have some items disabled, such as the "accept" icon on the startup screen. It is accessible through the secondary screen. Is this a "feature" for safety/distracted driver reasons or an issue with the main screen that hosts the Rand McNally GPS?
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

Your best bet is to call Tiffin and ask to talk with the expert on the system. I would imagine that there are very few of these systems in the field yet and the expertise is in Red Bay.

Got it figured out.

The main gps/radio screen is not aligned. Everything is about an inch lower on the main screen than it should, limiting the "touch" area to the upper 2/3. Fortunately the remote screen at the co-pilot station allows full control.
This all came about as a result of having a bad control unit exchanged and the supplier sent one that was designed to drive a larger screen. The existing screen is not configurable so the search is on for the proper control unit.
