32SA (2018) Satellite Dish Question

Here is what is probably an easy question

Tiffin 32SA 2018 model year

Did the factory run two coax cables from the in-motion sat antenna back to the electronics in the master bedroom? I want to add a second Wally receiver if possible to make my wife happy about having her own choice of programming to watch.

I am an electronics person, but the coach is at the dealers for a few days to clean up the minor glitches we found after a couple of weeks of camping. Worst case I can run down there to look, but I thought I would ask. Plan is to buy a second wally, and probably just run that Wally HDMI to a 1 to 2 splitter and connect the BR TV plus one other to this receiver, giving us two TVs for each. Only question is, does Tiffin normally run two coax runs when they install an in-motion winegard. It claims to have a secondary receiver connection so I thought I would see what's possible here...

Thanks mucho.

On my Phaeton there are two cables coming from the roof into the AV cabinet - sat1 and sat2. Sat1 is the control line. Note cables may be be reversed or have the labels reversed. Since wally is RF remote you can have two Wally's colocated. I also have another cable that runscbetween the front and rear AV box areas. Connect this cable, using a barrel connector. This way can be used to remote a Wally to the other AV cabinet.

You should have two coax cables, but be aware that with the dome antenna you will be limited to watching two channels on the same satellite. The domes can only receive one satellite at a time and Dish transmits programming from three different satellites. A little trick I did is put a HDMI A/B switch on the BluRay player HDMI connection. You connect the output from one of the Wallies to one input on the A/B and the BluRay on the other. By selecting the BluRay player input, you can watch the second Wally from any TV in the coach.

I understood the restriction of one satellite with the in-motion. Wife agreed that was OK. Only question was did they run two segments of coax from dome to the AC cabinet behind the MBR TV. Sounds like they did which solve the issue I think...
