Access to the rear of the TVs

How does one get access to the rear of the bedroom and living room TVs without having to unscrew the TV hanger.

Removing the screws on the mount is the only way to access the back of the TVs. Some of them have USB and HDMI inputs on the side that can be accessed without removing the TV.
