Access with Rear Radiator

We are considering a phaeton and I have a question since I am unable to physically view a coach in the near term. When you have a rear radiator do you have easy access for all fluids and misc mechanical stuff such as checking and changing belts?
Thanks in advance for any information and insight.

With rear radiator on our no problem checking oil, anti freeze but after that no easy way to change, check belts etc unless you go under the HM. Think most are that way with rear radiator.

I would just go a step up and look at the Allegro Bus by Tiffin
Kenai Coach 2004 Tiffin Allegro Bus TSP
Just me, but I would never have a rear radiator because you can't see anything and to do anything you have to go through the bedroom I changed my serpentine belt in about 1 minute.

We love our rear-radiator tag coach....
on the other hand, other than a quick check of fluids there is no simple access to ANYTHING without a lift. Some models have decent access to some things through the rear hatch cover but ours does NOT.

This isn't the end of the world since I have all service done at the chassis factory shop, at a fixed labor rate.
I am quite happy with our coach and chassis, but would NOT buy another rear-radiator coach. JMHO

Thanks for the information. You have confirmed my concerns with a rear radiator coach.

Our 40 Phaeton is rear radiator and our first priority is the floor plan not where the radiator sits. Access to all fluid checks is simple and easy as are changing air filter, oil, fuel and water filters, which the weekend mechanic is capable of doing. Beyond that, thats what the freightliner and Cummins service centers are for.

I've heard you can remove the side compartment "box" to gain access on some RVs. I haven't seen that to be the case on my Tiffin (at least it is not obvious). Anyone know if one or more of the rear side compartments can be used for access to change fuel/air filters?
