Hwyhermit Your comments about warranty service are just the opposite of mine. We bought a 2015 32SA and had two warranty problems. Called the Factory on the first problem, described the issue and they had parts in the mail the same day to me. Had problems with the RR door and they ask for pix and documentation. I sent that off and they responded the next day, called parts and they processed the order the same day and conformed the order. Shipment is in process. No problem for me with phone calls or getting to the folks that help and solve problems.

Thumbs up

I have one more question about the TV arm. When you mount it on the wall, did you put any support behind. I received mine yesterday an I was just thinking if any was needed. Thanks

I put a piece of plywood behind the existing plywood to give the screws more to screw into. It has not sagged any. I also put these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 on the TV to secure it better while traveling. It works great.

We purchased our 31 SA from Vogt RV in Ft. Worth, Texas. We are so happy with our coach. The Dealership represented Tiffin in an outstanding manner. We've only had one problem with the auto-leveling jacks that was under warranty and Camping World replaced the valve with no problems. The floor-plan is exceptional. The ride is smooth with the steering responsive. We love the 50 amp service and the 7K Onan generator. We highly recommend this Gas-coach!!!

I bought a lightly used 31SA earlier this year. It had the residential refrigerator, fireplace, and only 600 miles on it by the previous owner. In general, I love this coach although in retrospect, I should have gone with the 32SA as I would like the king size bed and the higher capacity chassis. I discovered after weighing the coach, it was 140 pounds overweight on the front axle! Still had some capacity remaining on the drive axle however. While I am not overly concerned about 140 pounds, it doesn't seem right to me that with only a moderate complement of cargo, the front axle is overweight. It would be difficult to impossible to shift enough cargo aft to make up the difference. Anyone else discover this issue? Moral of the story? Go for the 24K chassis on the 31SA! I believe the 32SA has the 24K chassis. In my opinion, Tiffin should not be offering the 31SA with options putting the front axle so close to the limit. BTW, the DW and I are not morbidly obese, but we don't weigh the typical 150lbs that is used for factory calculations. I have added a 5 Star tune (worth the money in my opinion), Winegard Traveler sat dish and will be adding a Bogart Engineering house battery monitor to see where I'm at for doing some boondocking.
