Since Allegro's are built on a standard Ford F53 chassis which is not air suspension, this must have been an after market add on. Kelderman is the only company that I am aware of that make these. I woud imagine that there are very few of these out there but you might get lucky and find a current or previous owner.

I did have the Kelderman System installed on my previously owned 2011 Coachmen Mirada on the F-53 22K chassis. That RV is still my avatar photo on this site even though I no longer have it. There are some air ride options other than Kelderman such as just installing Firestone airbags. Kelderman also detunes the front leaf spring suspension allowing the airbags to carry more of the weight as opposed to the leaf springs. Whether adding air ride makes a big difference in ride quality is a matter of opinion. I paid $5,000 to have Kelderman in Iowa install the system. I felt the ride improvement was worth the cost, however, my wife did not so there you have a difference of opinion in my immediate family. We sold the Coachmen which was on the 22K chassis with 19.5 inch wheels and bought a 2014 Allegro 36LA on the 24K chassis with 22.5 inch wheels. My wife and I both felt the ride quality of the Tiffin was good enough where we did not need to explore any air ride options. Our experience told us that the ride quality is much better on the 24K chassis with 22.5 in wheels as opposed to the 22K chassis with 19.5 inch wheels. The Tiffin also has a longer wheelbase. I attached an article about the Kelderman system that was in Motorhome Magazine many years ago.

WELCOME to iRV2.com
It would be helpful if you disclosed the year and make of the chassis, and any details about the "air ride" system installed.

Just purchased 2007 Allegro Bus QRP with 6 air bags--had a H.R. Imperial before with 8 air bags--so far no comparison the Roadmaster chassis and 8 air bags is a much better ride

I think it would pay to look at the user names in the posts before answering to be sure you're addressing the correct person and post.
