Hi, rcwdlw.
I am not familiar with the exact type of lights used on the 2008 Bay, but most motorhomes use light assemblies from cars and trucks. Most recent cars and trucks use 1/4 turn sockets that go into the plastic light housings from the rear. Either reach down behind the front cap from the hood opening or climb under the motorhome and reach up behind the front cap.
Another option if you can't reach from above or below would be to remove the grill. Ours is held in by 4 screws and it is located at the same level as the light assemblies.
Note: Most standard headlamp bulbs tend to be halogen. Do not touch the glass with your bare hands (use a glove or rag to handle the bulb) because oils from the skin can cause the bulb to burn out prematurely.
