Allegro Breeze 2015

Just purchased this Coach. It was driven about 700 miles for me to meet the driver and pick up. I fueled up and drove 18 miles and going up a small hill, lost power, motor died on Interstate. Found out belt broke. After that was fixed three days later, drove 30 miles and stopped - Coach was covered in oil. Ultimately, compressor and gasket replaced. My question, why would a 2015 with 19,000 miles have these problems? International said that the belt could have had dry rot if it hadn't been driven much. The compressor was caused by the overheating, I'm assuming. I'm stumped, and have been not a happy camper. (It's working fine now but ....)
