There is no hardware inside our shower to keep the door closed when showering. What hardware does your Allegro Breeze have? Joan

Our unit has a magnetic strip on the door frame, holds fine.

As mentioned by Fred or Bonnie, there should be a magnetic strip in the door frame and on surround frame to hold the door closed. I do not see what year your coach is or if it might be in warranty. If so, the dealer should order (if they do not have it in stock) the magnetic strip(s) needed and have it covered by the manufacturer. Otherwise, get the strips and slide them in from the bottom of door and by removing the surround top trim of frame, the magnetic strip can be slid in from the top, down. Good luck and keep us posted.

No magnetic strips. Is there a handle to pull shower door shut? Joan

Is your door a slider or hinged?

It is hinged, but you can't see the hinge. The top and bottom margins slope. We are out traveling, so we will have to cope for the next five weeks. It's annoying. Will have to take it to the dealer when we return. Thanks, Joan

We have put 2587 miles on the Breeze. We tow a Toyota Matrix 4 wheels down. Average mileage so far is 9.407 mpg. Per fill-up we ranged from 8.52 mpg to 10.72 mpg. We have also run the generator for the heater while traveling in very cold weather. Our former 33' diesel pusher got 9.9 mpg over 35,000 miles so we are a bit disappointed. Bob Tiffin actually claimed 12 - 15 mpg without a toad when we talked with him at the Hershey RV show.

Not Sure on the Breeze but have a 32' Holiday Rambler Trip that has a Maxxforce 7 260HP w/ 660 lbs Torque @ 1600 RPMs. Has a Allison 2500 trans. Has 2800 miles on it and has got 14.7MPG on the trip computer since it left the factory. This is all types of driving including Mountains and in town- but no tow car. Unit weighs just under 21,000 (has a GVWR of 29,000 and 33,000 GCWR) Coach has full air ride on a 220 inch wheelbase 255/R70/22.5 tires and Roadmaster Chassis. It is one of the nicest driving coaches that I have ever driven.

I own a 2011 Breeze...we have riven it only 100 miles and with a broken computer we weren't able to figure our mikeage. We were "promised" from 10 to 14 mpg by the dealer. Joan has shared that they got 9 miles per gallon with extensive use of the generator..not bad..
I will report when we pick it up from getting her compouyter repaired..

Hi Joan--our Breeze is in getting the computer fixed and, hopefully, the burner on the stove---I will check the shower and let you know as soon as we get her back (Saturday). Hope you are having fun...we will be hitting the road within a couple of weeks---hope the Breeze is all "fixed" by then..

This is not good news---we downsized primarily to gain mpg---our 35 foot FED ran between 8 and 11 pulling a prius on a trailer--I sure hope that your numbers improve. I will be anxious to see what ours does when we finally get it fixed and on the road. I spoke with Tiffin a couple of weeks ago and asked them what reports they had heard from owners on mpg and he said that they were getting "great" reports---anywhere from 10-14--towing...

I just read an ad we had from Tiffin that claims 13-16 mpg depending on "driving habits". I wonder if anyone has gotten that ?
