Allegro Bus

Hi, I have found a 2002 Allegro bus with 300 Cummings and 100,000 miles on it. It's a model 32IP ........ 2 questions please. Does the 100,000 miles on bus concern a buyer, I know nothing about Diesel engines and the ad says it is 35 feet Everything i read says it should be 32 feet. Oops. A third question just popped into my broken head. Does anyone know where I might find a brochure or manual for this unit.... Thanks so much. This forum has been so helpful as I choose my first rig.

You might ask on this forum, it's all made up of tiffin owners. 100000 miles would not be a problem on a diesel engine, just the rocking and rolling over the nice roads we travel. A Part of the TiffinRVNetwork • Index page

If I remember correctly when we were searching for our bus we also were interested in the 32ip but the model year change from 2001 to 2002 changed the length from 32 ft to 35 ft. As far as mileage, if maintenance has been done on a regular basis a diesel should last way over 100000 mi. Good luck

Susmdad, I had that engine in a 96 Imperial with 160,000. Dry as a bone as the previous owner kept it maintained. Can't help much more. Look over those records. Have a tech check the rest of the coach. As stated, it's a rolling earthquake and lots of stuff can get shaken loose.
