Allegro Bus Insulation

While endlessly waiting for Entegra to offer a light wood interior on the Anthem, we are tempted by the Allegro Bus which in our opinion has the best interior in the business.

I understand that Tiffin has improved their insulation and have heard claims that it is now better (hard to believe). I can't get any detailed information from salesmen.

Does anyone have any information if they are closing the heat loss gap with Entegra?

I am very concerned about prior posts regarding hot spots in the rear of cabinets.

Thanks!

Have not had any heat build up in the cabinets in my coach that I would consider out of the ordinary. But the again I don't spend much time in the warmer climates. I would also suggest Tiffin RV Network as I know this has been discussed at length over there. The new 2014 does have additional insulation in the side walls that my 2012 doesn't have.
I would also suggest a visit to this thread on this forum http://www.irv2.com/forums/f106/the-...eo-191423.html

Thanks -- I have been looking at David's assembly photos in detail. I saw that they use the radiant foil insulation on the front and rear of the coach inside the end caps. I didn't see any additional insulation in the side walls, just the standard block foam surrounding the aluminum cage. Can anyone weigh in on what kind of supplemental insulation is being used in the side walls?

I thought I had read somewhere that Tiffin was using a radiant foil insulation throughout the entire coach but couldn't find it. So I called Tiffin and the response was that yes they are using the radiant foil in the front and rear caps as well as the side walls and floor. It's being used in all model lines for 2014.
