Just started having a problem with the light switches in the entry. Noticed when I push the button it feels like a static electricity shock. Lights turn off and on but only after several tries. also happens in the master bath switch. any ideas?

Contact Tiffin. There have been several instances of switch panels getting zapped by static charge and they are replacing them under warranty. I am making a big assumption you have Spyder panels since you didn't specify the year of the Bus.

Talked to Tiffin service today. What a disappointment. Service guy said look up Spydercontrols.com and check their troubleshooting guide. There is no troubleshooting guide. Not the old Tiffin thats for sure!!

You are not the only one feeling this way.

I tried to buy 2 different new ones..... I didn't.

When you went to Spyder Controls, did you sign in? User is Tiffin, password is Motorhomes.
There are schematics etc for your bus there.

It appears that you have Spyder touch panels but the older style that feel like push buttons. As said by someone else, there have been problems with the older panels being zapped with static electricity. On the TRVN there is a lengthy discussion about this and the remedy.
