Has anyone found a programmable thermostat for an RV that will work 3 zones and run electric and gas?

I would ask OMC (Oregon Motorcoach Center) . . . they could probably ship one to you. However, I believe they run around $300! OMC's # is (541) 762-1505.

That's going to depend on your A/C units. The Colemans use an analog interface to the thermostat so that leaves them somewhat flexible. The Dometics use a digital interface with cat3 wiring between the thermostat and daisy chain of A/C units. You're pretty much locked into the Dometic thermostat with those.

Have you checked with any one on the Tiffin web site? Someone there may have the answer you are looking for.
