Do you have the antenna booster turned off? You should have the Winegard booster switch with a push button and a green light. The light has to be off to work with cable and on for over the air.

I have a similar problem with my 2012 36LA .
Tried both with and without the booster on. I will be watching this thread for ideas/suggestions.

Is this at one campground or all that you have been to.? I have been in some campgrounds where the cable is terrible..

For years I thought my cable system was bad so I didn't use it. Turned out it was not broken.... The "New" cable I had bought was bad from the get go. I tried another cable and all worked fine. Suggest you try another cable before anything else.

Iíve found that loose or dirty connections have been the cause of most of my cable problems. Iíve also learned to go with the shortest cable I could get away with for the pedestal connection and get DW to watch the TV while I wiggle the cable connections and holler out when the picture clears up. Maybe there is something to be said about the higher quality cables...

I picked up a cheap signal booster that I put in the coax line going into the coach. I helps with some marginal campground signals.

Some rv sites have old cable wiring . I'd make sure your connection at the post is tight. Our bedroom tv in our Red that was always blurry while the others were clear. Check your splitter connections as well.
