We have been going back and forth between the 33AA and the 37PA. Do you notice alot of difference in living room space between the two? If you don't mind me asking, what were your reasons for upgrading since you only had your 33AA for a year?

2016 37PA 10,000 miles

Just rolling the one year timeframe and still loving it. As with any RV there are small issues but overall we like the floorplan and the unit becomes the go to RV for get togethers .

We actually shook hands with the dealer on a new 37PA but then the wife said well, we really wanted the Phaeton, so maybe for a few $$ more we could get the Phaeton....well for about $200/mo more or about $32k more, the Phaeton it is.
We have the 40 AH which is the same layout as the AP but with the Phaeton you gain the pull out kitchen island and rear walk in closet that also houses the washer/dryer.
It is a great floor plan. One thing to consider is now the 2018 RED is online and definitely a much better looking coach IMO.
The old fashioned look of the RED was one of my objections.

Dw and I want the 37pa over the 33aa mainly because of the duel sinks and bigger bathroom.
Also I would wait for the new front endcap before I purchased

We purchased a 2016 37pa and have had it just over 1 year now. Absolutely love it. I don't have any complaints about the layout or usablility. We have the L-shaped sofa and prefer it to turning the drivers seat around. We also have the 4 chair dinette. We don't like to have to slide in and out of booths so this works perfectly for us. The two extra chairs stay stored until we have company. Performs like a dream.

The Freightliner info center mileage shows between 9 and 10 MPG. We also record actual miles traveled and fuel purchased. That figure is the much more accurate value of 7.5 to 8.1 MPG. We drive 65-67 and tow a 6000lb F150.

gas mpg

we have a 2015 37 PA with 340HP Cummins & 2500MH Allison transmission. We pull a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at 59-62 mph and also get a solid 10 mpg. As much as 12mpg on the flats & 8+ in the mountains/hills .Averaged 10.5MPG from Bend Oregon to Temecula California with Oakland & LA City driving and over the Grapevine to LA. That's using the Freightliner calculator. Difficult to calculate your own gas mileage as filling the gas to the same level every time(shut off varies) is not possible so that the amount of gas used is at best approximate. We feel that the electronic is more accurate in the measurement of the gas used and is therefore more accurate.

Welcome to the forum and congrats. Post a picture of it in the "new RV " section. I am jealous as we have a two month wait for ours.
