We have a 2005 Allegro Bus 38 ft. There is a panel on passenger side just in front of rear wheels that houses one of the furnaces and some plumbing vents and perhaps one end of the black, grey and fresh water tanks. I want to open to see what is inside. I removed the 2 "L" brackets that secure the panel at bottom, but can't open the panel. I am afraid to force it outwards for fear of bending the panel. Does anyone know how this panel is removed? Any help will be appreciated.

The L brackets are the only thing keeping the door closed on my 05 Bus and it lifts up like the other doors. I have hydrohot instead of furnace so yours may be different.

Thank you. I have a furnace at that location and believe that the intake/exhaust port assembly is stopping the panel from being raised as suggested by a previous poster. I will soon find out.

Take the 4 screws out of the furnace plate (exhaust) and the panel will swing up from the bottom. The furnace, black, gray and fresh tanks and overflow are behind it.

Thanks Pigman. I'm confident that is what is restraining the panel.
